Recent world events have demonstrated a level of geopolitical volatility unseen since the end of the Cold War, highlighting the interrelated nature of energy and national security. Nowhere is this more evident than in the wider Black Sea region, which is suffering under a prolonged war in Ukraine and deepening unease resulting from conflict in the Persian Gulf.
The Black Sea Energy and Security Conference will consider pressing regional geopolitical challenges, as well as help identify public and private investment opportunities. Attention will center on (though not limited to) dual-use technologies, maritime economic infrastructure development and protection, and energy security in the wider Black Sea region. In attendance there will be a diverse range of stakeholders and experts across the economic sectors and military domains.
